Hello dear friends. I am trying to do something in my spare time. I usually deal with knitting. When I knit, all my stress is gone. I feel light. Because I do it very lovingly.
I knitted 5 dresses in the last month. Do you think it is successful? You may like to succeed.
I can imagine that you get in a kind of meditative state of mind, since the "work" you do (in this case knitting) does always need the same part of the brain (and ONLY this part) and the others can "heal" then - do you know how I mean? :)
