Haha... oh god... I never use the heater in my flat... I always have my windows open... I even wear shorts in winter from time to time... But I have a special nutrition and focus on so-called thermogenesis... My colleague at work hates me for this because he is always freezing :D (I'm a computer scientist by the way)
Whatsapp is used on my phone actually, but I am rather bad in replying regularly ;) ..facebook messenger and skype, on my laptop :))
If I had a Facebook account then I could forgo my smartphone... but I don't have it so no way to do that right now :D

Haha... there was a New Year's Eve in Germany with sub zero temperatures where I walked topless through my city, because of a girl! She felt really cold and I couldn't care less. But on my way back home I was running as fast as I could :D

You treat your body very well, I must say! I had to google Kneippkur..I guess that's the hot water, cold water bath walk that's available in the Claudius Therme Spahouse in Köln is supposed to support..I love doing that one!! :))
