Great advice as usual ted! Im going to try it, it sounds amazing. Things that make me feel good:

get some excercise during the day,but dont overdue it
get some sun during the day, your body will tell you when you have had enough
get out with people and mingle with strangers
do some yoga stretching
do a barefoot grounding walk appreciating the now and everything around you
hop in the ocean or river or something for a little bit
eat some crazy ripe delicious fruit
