When we set our intention on a daily basis, it alows for two things . firstly to focus our attention in a positive direction at the beginning of the day always gives us a great springboard to bounce off, some may call it the feel good factor and secondly if our intention includes a bigger goal than we've previously believed possible, it starts to (within a short period of time) give the mind an alternative meaning to the goal.
