Sure, but it just makes it harder to convince people to take you seriously, because the work revolves around 'results' as given by the educational system.
The world does not measure or appreciate Emotional intelligence, critical thinking, or lifeskills. Get 5 A's and go to University, but it seldom matters if you are unable to communicate, integrate socially, or deal with 'humans'.
Once people finally realise that life skills and other things like understanding financial responsibility, and social responsibility is maybe MORE important than A's , the world will be a better place.
