Luckily however we can develop but usually one need a wake up call in life for this and unfortunately that is usually some traumatic event which then causes you to self reflect and change your automatic pilot programming from childhood. Our core nature never changes but we can get rid of self destructive programs that cause us to have the same negative experiences and problems over and over again. It's a lot of painful and hard shadow work and most people never even wake up to see the whole picture. Huggies, Ottilein!
