So sorry to read your litany of troubles! I sincerely hope that 2019 will be a much better year for you.
We moved into our house more than 30 years ago, and the week we moved in, a big eucalyptus limb fell on our roof during a rainstorm. It punched a hole in the shake roof. I had to climb up on the roof in the rain and dark, haul the limb off, and then I was in the attic 'til the wee hours of the morning, attempting to patch the hole from the inside while bailing water in dishpans and buckets.
I said to my wife, "Welcome to the joys of home ownership!"
I mention that simply so you won't feel like the lone ranger.
From a theological perspective, the bible teaches me that our universe fell under a curse when man chose to disobey God, but that one day Jesus/God will return and restore the universe to "better than new" condition.
Meanwhile, I make do the best I can. I do hope your experiences in 2019 will be much better than you expect! And please know that at the very least, you always have a sympathetic ear hear. I'm also very glad for the bright spot that is Little Rabbit! :D
