Quick question. When you "downvote", is that the same as flagging? I can't seem to find a post explaining if there is a difference and if so, how to go about it. I'm just starting to experience some spamming on my posts and trying to figure out how best to handle it.
You're the most matter-of-fact downvoter I've witnessed. (Yes, that's a compliment.) You acknowledge it directly, kind of like taking on a bully. I also enjoy the humour you've been using with your video replies lately too. Anyway, thanks for always entertaining us and in this case, perhaps educating us newbies a bit too! :-)

Yes, flagging and downvoting is the same thing. Downvoting is just a much nicer way of putting it.
I genuinely believe that it is the best answer to deter spammers however, I would warn you to be careful that you don't spark off a downvote war. People can be so touchy lol!!
