RE: New Growth in Rocky Soil - My Husband's Inspiring Life Change at 45

Best of luck to you two and your family. Changing jobs gets more complicated the older one gets it seems. A lot of companies don't like hiring people unless they're in their 20's or 30's....in the case of my company they won't hire anyone if they're not right out of college.

I've been at my job for close to 8 years now which doesn't sound like much but I feel like if I want to go work somewhere else then I need to do so soon or I'll have to stick it out til I get my own businesses to the point where they'll keep me afloat.

It's nice to see people who are able to start over a little bit later in life. I fully plan to do the same and it gives me hope.

I think what we're all learning is that the time for change for the better is always now, you know? Out of fear, we think it's later. But it's really always now. Good luck to you! I hope you find something that you're passionate about!
