Very inspiring and moving. I really much wish to do this, but many times I feel trapped in the sense that I'm still not economically independent and have been struggling to be, so when others who are economically independent around me tell me things I should do that I don't really want to do, I feel a strong urge to follow their advice and let go of certain passions. I'm still very reluctant, because these things include being here on Steemit all the time.
Very pretty landscapes, by the way. I enjoy watching your videos a lot because of that. Could you share some of your favourite reggae bands? I enjoyed the sound of your intro.
I feel for you. I understand where you are. What I did was basically ask myself what i wanted to be doing. What kind of work I wanted to do and what kind of impact I wanted to have in the world. From there I simply built my life around that which is tough. I have a family so it was even tougher for me to make that decision. We have had to sacrifice alot to even get to where we are now and we are still not out of the woods so to speak.
So just ask yourself how you want your life to look and if money was no issue what would you be doing? Then go from there and try to take action steps to align your life in that way.
My fav reggae bands/artists are Stephen Marley, Steel Pulse, Richie Spice, Lee Scratch Perry, Eek-a-Mouse,
Actually the intro is by Eek-a-Mouse. It's called Ganja Smuggling
