Yes, but you can build a system in which manual curation is more profitable than any form of automation. I'm not saying it would be easy, it would be extremely difficult. But I believe it is possible, though it might require absolute identity verification like some sort of DNA-computer interfacing which is obviously not available to the general public. I also think it would require a hybrid linear/superlinear rewards algorithm. You are correct that any tool can be abused, and it's a developer's job to forsee as many possible avenues of abuse and prevent against them. No system will ever be perfectly resistant to manipulation because humans will always find new ways to be devious.

What's your view? I've never heard of blame being productive for much of anything, but I'm open to hearing your perspective on the situation.
