Hi guys!
The last five days I went to a beautifull city in my country called, Mérida, the first trip we took was to the Espejo peak.
To climb, we take the longest and highest cable car in the world traveling 12.5 km and up to a height of 4765 meters above sea level (MASL).
In the first station "Barinitas" to 1577 MASL which is from where you get up, there is a food fair with several places to have breakfast.
Then, you go up to the second station called "La Montaña" at 2422 MASL where there are some handicraft sales and you can walk around.
In the third station 3452MASL called "La Aguada", there are also several activities to enjoy in the surroundings and drink some hot chocolate.
Already in the fourth season, you begin to feel the altitude and that "Loma Redonda" is at 4045 MASL, there is a nice place called "Páramo Café" where they sell delicious food... there are also horseback riding and walks around.
In the fifth station called "Pico Espejo" 4765 MASL, it is the last one where you can see the Bolivar peak, the statue of the Virgin of the snows and beautiful landscapes covered with snow.
Some photos taken during the first adventure of the day.
