今天洗碗的时候一个念头突然蹦出来,如果洗碗有一个标准化的操作流程,餐具就不会有清洁不到的死角和偶然有未清洗干净的残留?确实是!
这种思维可以用于任何事情,日本人做事情精细,貌似就是用的这种思维吧。
举个例子,保洁服务也在不断升级,从粗放型逐步进化到现在精细化管理,从属于公司性质的保洁阿姨都是带着工作守则和流程上门清洁的。之前请保洁阿姨都是熟人介绍比较多,大家关注的是只要找到人来做这件事,现在“消费升级”,当我们有更多选择的时候,会更多的关注如何用合理的价格购买最优质的服务,从而导致了服务的升级,而完成服务升级的关键是标准化的操作指引和流程。
