#3. Speak Well:
Let the best words proceed from your mouth. As a growing personality, you are always watched and listened to. Hence, you do not want to disappoint. Speak well, pronounce words clearly. Try your best to sound nice, try to eradicate your native tongue influence on your English (while it is overlookable, it is also really embarrassing). It's embarrassing if you're answering a question in class and you're not talking clearly, if your personality is still building. You should have tone that people enjoy listening to; flawless, polished.
Do not talk fast, especially if the sentence you're saying is a long one. You want your listeners to get every single word of what you're saying. If you are reading a text or a speech loudly, read it slowly (like you're counting the words), or better, in a timely manner. Pronounce the words clearly, paying particular attention to stress patterns.
If you are doing an interview or interrogatory conversation, be as precise as you can in the most precise ways. Give precise, apt replies to questions. Do not beat about the bush in the name of giving explanations. Do not say too much, respect is always accorded people that say less. Do not repeat yourself; do not say one thing over and over again else it becomes too common, your listeners become tired of hearing the same thing and you be liable to make mistakes. Say only what people need to hear, not what pleases you to say. Never curse, never swear. Do not use censored words about, especially in open places or gatherings where many ears pry.
Speak well, and your personality will build to a great height.

Wow!!!!
Are you a speech instructor?
Thank you!
Lol. I'm "not necessarily" a speech instructor. I could be one, or try😂...but not necessarily. I'm glad you enjoyed and learned @gifty-e
Even at this, you've done well.
