@darthnava Update: Another Follow Up Check-Up

I went to the my Doctor today for my follow up checkup. I have been complaining about feeling bouts of vertigo I have been experiencing this week. I get vertigo when suddenly switching changing sleeping positions sideways or belly up when lying down. He prescribed me to take iron supplements plus multi-vitamins.

Doc gave me orders to at least go to bed early and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day. Well, there goes my Steemit time being cut off early.

God forbid if my vertigo still persists, then I was advised go see a neurologist for that.

He was relieved to see that I am not having any problems with my back but still insists that I still wear the neck and spine braces for 6 months after my spine operation last June to make sure the embedded titanium implants still remain locked in place.

Oh, I need also to take another round of X-ray tests so the Doc is convinced the embedded titanium is still holding up nicely inside me!

I got vertigo when I was really anemic and a high blood pressure. I hope that you will get fine soon.

So happy to hear that your back is healing well. Vertigo is not fun at all and I pray that it will go away. There are pills for when you get vertigo; I should know because I have it and the pills work great. You might want to ask about the medication for vertigo. You are always in my thoughts and prayers @darthnava. Thanks for the update! : )
