Yes, that's my cat. I believe my cat is somewhere around nine or ten years old now. I got her back in September of 2012 and then by the paperwork I figured she was about a year and a half years old at that time.

Yesterday or the day before I heard a screaming cat. I thought my cat is fighting the other cats again. My cat doesn't like it when another cat is in the backyard, yet she sometimes goes into other people's yard.

How you going to keep a cat in your own yard? Well, I guess I could, but I would have to have a special kind of fence. I don't have the money for a special kind of fence.

I try to keep away from coughing and hacking and sneezing, but my cat does sneeze on me. She has no manners, as she just sneezes in my face. It is my fault as I didn't get to teach her any etiquette on how to sneeze.

It is too late now. She is old and set in her ways. I just have to live with it.

I recently bought some heart essentials and some animal vitamins for her. Maybe that will help her out, health wise.

With all the news of the Coronavirus it is good to keep the immune system as healthy as possible. I take my vitamin D3 in the morning with a couple of soup spoons of hemp seed oil.

I also just sit out in the sun and let the warmth of the sun produce vitamin D from the skin of my face as I face the sun.

Ever think about it that flu season is from the first day in November to the last day in March? I won't take the flu shot anymore, but I do believe in building up the immune system.

Notice that between November and March, in most places the sun does not come out. People that don't take vitamin D supplements and have no sun that will let them have some kind of vitamin D deficiency will be more likely to to get ill from viruses.

In this time of people worrying about viruses, it may be good to stock up on things that fight viruses. Baking soda is cheap. Most people don't know that it was the use of baking soda and water that helped people survive the 1918-1919 flu that killed more than 20 million people worldwide.

Can you see why the pharmaceuticals do not want this information out? You see baking soda is a cheap remedy and you can't patent it. I would keep a store of baking soda in my house. Of course I am no doctor, but do study the 1918-1919 flu and baking soda and water. Study on how it fights viruses.

Also study on how smoking weakens the lungs and that viruses in general come into the body by breathing in viruses into the lungs. So if a virus enters in weak lungs then the virus will more affect that person with weak lungs then a person with strong healthy lungs.

I like to keep a store of baking soda and a store of essential oils that have antiviral properties. I like to breathe in the aroma of these essential oils that have antiviral properties.

So my cat is out there in the warm sun on this cool day.

Let's end with a scripture, Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities. 1 Timothy 5:23.
