Dear Steemians,
Recently there was a news on every television station, on radio and on internet even on Google customise with her icon about the death of the human right and South African anti-apartheid activist and politician, and the ex-wife of Nelson Mandela Winnie Madikizela-Mandela.
One of the lesson that we have learnt from lives of any people is that every cause brings its effect, and every action and steps has its own consequences. This fact is established in the religion books, believes and norms that the harvest is inevitable for whatever is sown. ‘Whatever a man soweth, that shall he also reap’.
What is true of every man’s life is that good begets good, and evil leads to evil. It is true that the sun shines on the evil and good people alike, and it seem that in this world the wicked was stronger and prosper daily but we can say with certitude that the flourishing of the wicked, whether it be an individual or a nation, is only an illusion, for God unceasingly keeps books on all of us. The good or evil that we do each day is an imperishable memory for each of us. It may be to our condemnation or commendation from people.
Each day of our lives is a period when we write our own history and our own destiny. And whether we like it or not we become what we do. But the degree of our relationship to God determine what we shall do wherever we are and whatever we are. And it is only what we do for men that will outlive us.
Each one of us has only life to live. Only what is done for fellow human will last and will become our imperishable memory. The imperishable memory that we have of the Virgin Mary was that she the mother of the historical Jesus Christ. Also we heard and read imperishable memory of the following peoples: Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela they are both world leading peace maker and human freedom fighter, their imperishable memory live with us still and will live for many generation to come. We also heard of man itler his imperishable memory live with us as well.
Food for thought: we can say of good imperishable likes of Nelson Mandela, Obafemi Awolowo, Martin Luther King, South Africa could say about imperishable memory of Madikizela-Mandela who was known to her supporters as the "Mother of the Nation" and many more others.
What will people say about you and i? Remember each day of our lives is a period when we write our history and our own destiny. Impact other lives positives, so as to have a good imperishable memory behind.
