I totally agree with you. Change is an inside job. Glad to hear you made the journey! I would go so far to say (controversial I know) that there are very few truly "bad" experiences. Stars are clearest on the darkest night, the valley gives height to the mountain, there would be no rainbows without the rain. Sometimes I need a gentle hand of guidance on life, other times life needs to give me a good kick up the a**.
