I think if they can control illegal drugs like at a pharmacy over dose rates would be lower and crime rate would be lower and the government and fda can make money. I am sure they can fabricate a safe herion alternative or cocaine alternative and bank big $..
The US tho is still under laws set in forth years and years ago...
