For 100 days, I'm going to publish a plus-minus hundred-word post a day on Steemit. These 100 posts will be the insights, routines, and habits of living a better life.
Let's keep it real.
It gets harder over time, things get tougher, the chance of you winning seems impossible. Probably you’re just stuck, it’s not the end yet, but self-doubt started to creep into your mind,
Your mind creates a story — the story you created a few days (months or years) ago that you can succeed — was an illusion.
But let's us hold on.
You’re the water, remember? You thrive in constraints, in a tough environment, in an unfavorable situation, far outside your comfort zone.
Adversity doesn’t destroy you, it’s just the vessel.
Unless you're dead — if you stay idle, you allow poisonous liquid to flow into you, and you freeze yourself.
Now, let’s move on.
