I was watching "The Young Victoria" last night and I'm so fascinated with Kings and Queens. And why they all have the same names that made me hard to remember who's who.

In Philippines, we have our President. We don't have King and Queen and don't know how it works or what they do for the country honestly.

And while watching I asked Mum, who is Victoria's daughter? I just want to know the connection from Victoria to the present Queen Elizabeth, her majesty. And Mum keep thinking and thinking and give up for she cannot remember for it's before her time. Then this morning, she showed me this green box.

When it comes to exclusive offers, a memorabilia, anything to do with Royals, I think Mum and Dad have it! And this porcelain replica of the Princess Royal "Victoria" is truly exquisite! The big blue eyes shines like a diamond! And that curly hair made her innocent face perfectly! Hand-painted and all hand crafted. Every details was intricately made.

PRINCESS VICTORIA

Look at those big blue eyes and rosy-cheeks!

'Vicky' was born a British princess but ended her life as Empress of Germany. Her full name is Victoria Adelaide Mary Louise born on 21 November 1840 at the Buckingham Palace and the eldest child of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.

Look the likeness between the mother and daughter is remarkable!

Then she was married at very young age, just 17. A politically-useful, dynastic marriage uniting two royal families . She was married to Prince Frederick William of Prussia in January 1858.

And like many royals her life had its ups and downs. She struggled to be accepted. But her grace, intelligence and devotion to duty eventually won over the people's heart! She died on 5 August 1901 due to breast cancer just seven months after her beloved mother.

And this Victoria Doll is her remembrance.

The charming winter costume and summer outfit, shoes with pink ribbon, a brooch! I'm loving this for myself!

The one I watched in the tv was her mother Queen Victoria and today I read her story aswell. Two great stories of royalties. I love it!

Lovely Doll that Mum keeps and thinking of giving it to my daughter but Tia is still young and will surely just break it. I hope she appreciates it when she gets big. Such a treasure!

Thank you all for reading!
