Coconut oil is rich in la-uric acid and this makes it very good for body care not just for food. So why not make the most of its benefits and let's learn how to use coconut oil for hair? Unlike other oils such as mineral or sunflower, the coconut oil also has a neglected property: penetrating the hair coat and hydrates it deeply.
How to use it?
Heat a little bit of coconut oil in the palm of your hands - the cold-pressed one is usually found in solid form - and apply it to wet hair from which you removed the water with a towel. You need 1 teaspoon of coconut oil if you have short hair, 2 teaspoons of coconut oil if you have medium length hair (to the shoulders) and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil if you have long hair. Use a shower helmet to cover your hair overnight, avoiding oil on bed. The next day, wash your hair and apply balm as you usually do.
The benefits?
- Stimulates hair growth
- It's fighting with dandruff
- Sunscreen
- Unfolds your hair
Have you ever used coconut oil as a treatment mask for your hair? It is never too late!
Coconut oil is the best for a hair. It keeps the hair oily and strong. It doesn't break hair.
I'm biracial and I SWEAR by coconut oil for my hair and scalp! My skin and hair soak it up like liquid gold. It really does wonders to moisturize and fight dandruff while giving a lovely shine. I highly recommend it!
