I will try to achieve my goals just by doing small steps daily
Similar to your weight loss goal, one of the goals in my resolution is to get more fit.
My plan is to just start dedicating like 30min daily working out in my own home. I have the time and the space, I just need to do it.
One thing that can help us achieve our goals is to write or print them and place them somewhere where we can always read them even by accident. It could be on our mirror or the back of our door.
We can even make a video of us speaking to our future self, so when we don’t feel with energy to keep working towards our goal, we see the video and we can motivate ourselves that way.
