For optimum results, to be at your best this summer! The circuit training is a simple, efficient and playful method to achieve your objectives, with or without machines. The principle is simple: it is a matter of carrying out several exercises as a circuit. The exercises go on quickly. Here we go on 1 minute of exercises then 30 seconds of recovery before moving on to the next exercise. You will need alterations (they can be replaced by filled water bottles) and an elastic. Easy to do at home or outdoors, the exercises that make up this training circuit will allow you to sculpt your entire body. Ready?

THE SQUAT :
The squat is a poly-articular exercise, that is to say it allows to work several muscles at the same time. It is a good exercise for all the lower body: thighs, legs, buttocks ... But also the abdominal belt: to remain straight when performing the movement, one must be gay.
If you're just starting out, start by exercising simply at body weight. When you feel comfortable with the movement and you feel some ease in its execution, you can add loads. Alterations, weights or simply filled bottles of water will do. It is important to carry out the squats correctly to avoid getting injured. Keep your back straight. For beginners, you can place a chair behind you and train yourself to perform the movement (without sitting down) to assimilate it. This will allow you to make sure that you get down the buttocks low enough, so that the exercise is effective.
Cladding
Cladding is the unavoidable exercise to work the trunk muscles. The abdominal belt, shoulders and thighs will be particularly stressed, but it is an exercise that will work the body in its totality.
Stand on the floor, press on the elbows. To hold the position, stay well-groomed throughout the exercise. Keep the body parallel to the floor: do not raise your buttocks excessively, exercise would be useless.
Jumpung Jacks
Then go to the cardio! It is important to include even a little in a bodybuilding routine.
To perform the jumping jacks, just jump on the spot by spreading and tightening the legs, and raising and lowering the arms simultaneously. Simple to make, but very effective to make the heart work.
Pumps
Pumps are the basic exercise by excellence. They are still very effective to work the pectorals, the deltoids, the triceps and the trapezes. A rather complete work of the muscles of the upper body, in short.
If you are not used to it, start by exercising on your knees rather than resting on your feet. This will facilitate the exercise time to assimilate the movement and feel comfortable with it. To do it right and avoid hurting yourself, think of staying gay, back straight.!
Lateral Sheathing
Last exercice: lateral sheathing. Depending on the level of each, it can be static or dynamic. Place yourself on the floor, on the side, resting on an elbow. Your second arm is resting on your waist. Hold it well, hold the position. This exercise will work your thighs and shoulders, but also and especially your abs. Keep the abs tight throughout the exercise. Do not forget to change sides! For the more experienced, it is possible to go into dynamic sheathing by adding leg raises.
