Hello steemians I hope you are doing good.May you all lead your path laid by virtues of goodness and love.
Many a times we confront our greedy side sometimes we are sane enough to come over it and yet in other times we can't get over it.
The point is our desires make us greedy we don't see how much efforts we should be putting in to achieve what we desire.
And to add to our misery we end up looking for ways most particularly faster ways for achieving what we want.This my friend leads to chaos where you are stranded in nowhere.
So, what needs to be done? You need to hold and control your desires and you'll see the magic happening. There's no other alternative to it.
When we control ourselves from not letting ourselves loose in the gravity of greed we see the bigger picture .And that becomes the turning point when your are confronted with a deeper understanding of life and it's ethics you grow from the insides. A sapling needs years to grow so we mustn't accept for things to appear directly from the ground .We have to wait nurture ourselves and work hard to become strong like that of a tree which stands tall without fear.
I put up a macro image that I shot yesterday.Its of an ant when I saw what it was doing I was stunned beyond measure because in that little moment I learnt something new something better.I saw it was licking water that spread on that little surface of the leaf.It could've gone way ahead leaving its place to quench It's thirst but from somewhere a waterdrop hit the leaf it was perching on.Here,life happened and he enjoyed the elixir of life.
You may say luck favoured him.
Concluding my point I'd say there's everything around you. Dont fall prey to greed it does not good it never did. Stay hungry and work hard to achieve your end goals you never know when you hit the goal.
So,stay calm and hungry for your goals life will favour you.
These were some thoughts that erupted out directly from my heart.
