While I am more into detailing everything, I tend to like simplicity much more.
I am jealous to the ones put complexity into simple words or into acting.

Nothing is perfect in the manufacturing process so having too many parts in a figure to
assemble simply means higher chance for certain parts cannot fit well, certain parts cannot
fit at all and certain parts are broken or missing.

I like your point. complexity through simplicity :)
I actually see this happen everyday in my business; 3D printing. sometimes printing more complex parts and assemble them together is much simpler than building many simple parts and asemble them together. well said :)
