RE: The Freedom Of Nature & Financial Freedom

This my answers for your questions...@humanearl sir...

  1. What is it about nature that makes you feel relaxed when you are there?

I think it has more to do with how we've civilized ourselves, that is, living in complex societies, where our lives are dictated by appointments and schedules. Nature relaxes us because we are often immersed in nature on our leisure time while we are there for its own sake and when we don't have to worry about schedules. Check out this old photo of this couple walking in the White Mountains.

  1. What's something you like about being in nature?

I love nature. First and foremost because I am a part of it. I feel that connection with all of it. All the life I see; I am related to it. All of it, from the trees and grass and flowers to the birds and ants and wombats. At some pont in the evolutionary tree we had a common ancestor. Beautiful!

And the air we breath, the breeze we feel, the sun on our face, we have evolved to fit in with all that like a perfect glove. It is all part of who we are, how we came to be.

I don't mind nature at its wildest either. The blazing thunder storm or crashing waves. Humbling to watch.

Then there's the terrifying; the roaring bush fire or belting hurricane or tragic tsunami or earthquake. Reminders that we are small.

Nature is timeless, we are not, either individually or as a species. The purest way to be reminded that life is precious and short is to simply watch nature from within it.

Cheers~~~

I love a good thunder storm. It's perfect sleeping weather. We must value out time in nature and enjoy it while we can.
