I think Application tries to reflect the utility that the token has right now, and that´is why ETH has 23 and STEEM only 9. ETH is already traded and seen as one of the biggest/better coin.
Of course our best criterion had to be Technology, STEEM is one of the best if not the best as they rated it!

Great timing to reach 1 million accounts, I´ll never forget it, because today is my 21th birthday. :D
