I love alone time but of course, it is an enjoyable luxury when you are not in reality lonely and have genuine people you can reach out for. There are times I feel lonely and if I lose the total pace in life as well, it starts being pretty dark. I always try to work on something I love, even if i dont feel like it. It keeps some sort of a rhythm going so I am ready to reconnect, even with something new to offer, when I come out of that time. Obviously, easier sad than done!
