If you do not have enough inner motivation, use these simple tips.
1 . Remind yourself of the reason
There are tedious business, which you do not want to do at all. Remember why you started at all. So it will seem more attractive. If you can not remember the reason, it's probably not worth it.
2 . Work at least a little
Start with five minutes. Often, such a small effort is enough to get motivated.
3 . Move right
Move as if you are vigorous to do business. This approach, though it seems ridiculous, works.
4 . Determine the next step
You can not work on the entire project. When we have before us a formless mass of work, we will procrastinate. Divide it into specific steps to simplify your task.
5 . Understand what prevents you from working
Maybe you are tired, afraid, bored, worried, angry? Do you lack time or do you wait for information from someone? Do not expect that everything will pass by itself. Identify the cause and eliminate it.

Not only for self-development and motivation, but generally any works in which there are new ideas. Learning the new will cause the brain to work.a

The environment greatly influences the mood. A slow-working computer, an uncomfortable application or a constantly breaking machine will quickly lose motivation.
