Anyone else having this problem? There is so much to learn, the market never sleeps, and it is so fun. I used to be so good at going to bed at 10 pm every night.
Absolutely the same with me. I find it tough to concentrate for long periods and keep checking my mobile app to see how my coins are faring.
My wife used to get pissed with this behaviour of mine, but then when I told how much I made with Verge, her behaviour suddenly changed. Now she's spending sleepless nights herself !
The worst is when you sell off a coin to buy another. But you are still worried about the one you sold off, and keep checking to see whether it's value has increased since you sold it.
I had this problem when I sold my first bunch of XRP one evening with great profit. Couldn't stop thinking about it until 2.30 PM :)
Right now I wish I didn't sell then. I bought even more XRP, now HODLing and well in green, I still remember my first sell and promise to myself to be more patient next time.
