Some great tips, but I would add dark chocolate. Glucose is the fuel of the brain and I agree about 10. but dark chocolate is amazing boost of energy for the brain

This is so very true. Not milk chocolate too much sugar. A good dark chocolate is a good replacement for the caffiene, since it is naturally occuring in the chocolate. Pluse it helps with good cholesterols.
I've heard that fats are more important for the brain than sugars/glucose, the brain apparantly is made of mainly fat and natural unprocessed fats such as coconut oil, advacado and animal fats from free range animals is much healthier than sugars and processed seed and vegetable oils.
