Time for a little celebration around here: we're already past the half of the 30 days challenge I started a couple of weeks ago, and which was followed by a few courageous Steemians. I love these challenges (I think I've done dozens so far, in many areas, from dieting and exercising, to social experiments, or, obviously, writing). They give you a sense of accomplishment and they act like a "gym" to whatever you want to learn: they strengthen your "muscles". At the end of which of these challenges I found myself more balanced, and, most of the times, more "trained".
Part of my commitment in this challenge is to select every day 3 posts participating in the challenge and upsteeming them at full power (around $2.4 at the current rewards pool values).
If you (still) wonder how you can join this challenge, just tag any of your posts with #challenge30days (there's also a link at the end of the article with more information).
Here are my picks for the 15th day:
Day 15
- Are you S.A.D.? #challenge30days (16/30) - blogging/meditatione by @lackrobin
- First week of work - A Romanian in Germany Ep03 - DAY 17 of 30 day writing challenge - by @alexvan
- Not a fancy Dad anymore. Just for today I am a Perfect Dad/Tomorrow Fancy Dad again.lol - by @masoncerritos

i put a challenge to my life to run 15 kilometers a day.
That sounds great And it's not even that difficult, it's mostly a logistic problem, to find the time, because the effort is not that much.
This is interesting article
God willing i shall to join this challange
But i dont know how to join it
Should i use "#" before writting challange30days or just writing challange30days without "#"

Thanks for the upvote, Dragos. I have to say, challenges are really what keep me going, and i wish to thank you for creating this one. I caught myself a few times thinking to skip a day, just because i was tired, got home late or what ever excuse i could come up with.
But i reminded myself WHY i wanted to participate in this challenge, and this motivated me. Thanks to that, i already learned a lot, and will continue to learn as the challenge goes on.
I hope i can one day become a challenge creator myself, and help other people like you helped me.
Cheers
