Very informative,nice and well kmit draft.
I would like to add that it should be a gradual and continous process not all at a sudden and for specific peeiod of time.let us corelate it with "slow and steady wins the race".
We should not think exercise as an additional task in our life because in that way we will try to finish the task and get the results, which is not the case in reality.
Exercise has to be part and parcel of our life like food, sleep,job etc
It has to gradual because fruitful results are gradual not sudden, it has tonbe continous for the result to comtinue.
