1. Exercise
Training is healthy for your physical and mental health. Exercising will make you live longer, will improve the quality of your sleep, also you will feel more energetic. You will be more relaxed and of course better looking.
2. Meditation
Recent research prove that meditation has several benefits: it leads to better focus and concentration, improved moods, less pain. In that way you can acquire more brain control. If you are consistent mediation will give extremely good results!
3. Reading
Well, don't worry about that - just continue reading my posts, haha. With reading you accumulate tremendous source of information, which is extremely useful. Reading improves you vocabulary, your public, your speaking, also critical thinking skills.
4. Music
Playing at instrument is astonishing workout for your entire brain. Studies has proved that act of art, like drawing and playing at instrument, develop some areas of the brain, which other people don't owe. Listening and playing music improves your memory capacity. You might find difficult to learn playing at instrument - well, I will be honest, it is really hard. But be persistent and never give up. I know how to motivate you - girls like guys who can play at instrument for them ;).
5. Writing
Well, you should not worry about that - just continue writing great articles, here in steemit. Writing can lead to greater happiness. Writing, providing information, doesn't help only to others - it helps you, too. You train to express your thoughts and feeling in a foreign language, which also develops your logistic thinking!

3/5 is not bad! I guess I should step up my exercise habits and make it 4/5, I know that would be very good for me. The last one for me is meditation and I don't know if I want to add that to my life. I think I could be happy with the other 4.

You are welcome. I am totally agree with your thoughts. I am 4/5 - without the meditation. Definitely try adding excercising - you will feel more energetic and way way better. You can always hit the gym or just to run every morning. Of course it will depend from your job, if you are busy you can check the Net for a good home workouts. Wish you all the best. Cheers!
