Our first ever experience feeding our baby, and this process is what we call as "Baby Weaning" wherein the baby/infant is gradually exposed or introduced to an adult good/food and the baby will start withdrawing consumption from mommy's milk.
But then I would still consider and recommend breastfeeding to all mothers out there, since breastfeeding has the best of the best nutrients that will suffice the baby's daily needs. And study shows that it is best to breastfeed babies up to 3 years of age as what the World Health Organization (WHO) also recommends that mothers should breastfeed their youngs for until 3 years of age.

Nice one.. The W.H.O recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first few months and complementary feeing afterwards. Meaning in addition to breast milk you introduce the baby to other feed.. Breastfeeding has Been shown to be advantageous as well as increasing the I.Q of the baby by a great percentage when prolonged for as long as possible..
