Everyone tell different ways to reduce stress. Someone recomend some medicines or some type of exercises. But the best way which I found was feeling self.
Stress come when we got lost in this world. When we seperate us from this world for some time it gives us emense energy.
There are differnet spiritual practices today people are performing but i say one who even dont want to believe in god or do some spiritual practice he/she atleast give 15 minutes to self by sitting for 15 minutes in thoughtless stage and observe himself/herself.
It is my personal experience that the duration in which we try to detach from this world and feel self it gives us immense joy, satisfaction and lots of energy.
So from today I request all of you to start giving your 15 minutes daily and share your experiences in comments below.
