Beautifully worded, although we might not agree on everything. I say visions cant become obsessions. A lot of flexibility and the cojones to change the course when the weathers goes bad is needed. But that said, as the old saying goes "Better to be the mouse´s head than the lion´s ass!" I agree with you. Be true to yourself, no matter what. Upvoted!
