I peep through my window blind
As you slickly descend from
The endless sky
You caress the earth
Like a mother rocking her baby
You bring hope and good news
The earth gets assurance of life
Every face

The song of a new beginning
You quench out thirst
Even the earth's droughty throat
You wet
I watch you snake down to us
From the endless sky
Stylishly with unending splashes
With a heart of praise
And appreciation to the maker
