The most difficult words to say and receive.
It is so, it is very difficult to forgive especially when you have hurt so strongly, when you gave everything and, apart from not receiving what you would do for that person, you are disappointed with even worse actions than you ever thought you would do, bend your ego and forgive It's not as easy as they paint it, but when you're really hurt.

In my life I have found situations in which I can not find a way out, where I would never know about that person again and God shows you that we should not feel resentment, that there is nothing more beautiful than forgiveness, that we do not feels afraid, just closes cycles and starts again. How good it feels when you let out the bad and you heal!

And ask for forgiveness where is it?
Equally or more difficult than forgiving is having to ask for forgiveness, on many occasions asking for forgiveness is not easy, especially when you have hurt, the fear of being rejected is a really terrible feeling, until your voice trembles when you try to say the word FORGIVENESS.

Do you know how hard it is to ask for forgiveness?
Accept that you have been wrong, that the other person is really right, you have to bow down and admit it is the hardest part, then it becomes easy, say the word as such but, there is no more beautiful feeling than feeling forgiven, feeling that You have done well to apologize and they have accepted it.

The moment we learn to realize that we are really human beings, that we are made to make mistakes, it will be very difficult to forgive and ask for forgiveness.

Do not lose a beautiful friendship, a family or just a courtship for not knowing how to forgive or ask for forgiveness. It is not easy, but not impossible, and I promise that the feeling is spectacular.
