It's no doubt that what we do early in the morning can set a tone for our whole day. Have a bright morning and an effective day or dark and stress one, it's on your choice.
So here are some tips that have helped me lift up my mood and improve my whole day.
1. GO TO BED EARLY.
People usually prove the benefits of getting up early. In order to do it, you should go to bed early and have a proper sleep. The best time is before 11, but if you tend to work/read/party...ect just like me, finish it by midnight.
2. PLAN AND PREVIEW
Save 30 minutes of 1440 minutes to preview your day and make a plan for the following. Just write down what you haven't done, haven't finished or missed or fixed, what are important things to remember in that day. Then make a short list for the next day. To-do list will always save your ton of time and avoid you from missing something.
However, make it simple! Otherwise you'll forget all or get stress of not finishing it.
3. GET UP EARLY.
It's much easy now to start your day early as you already sleep enough. With more time before going to work, you can do few more thing for yourself:
- Do some stretch. Take some deep breath to relax your mind.
- Have a nice breakfast.
- Choose right and good outfit.
4. GOOD READ AND GOOD TALK

I know we are sick of bad news from media: crisis, suicide, scandal..etc. Choose the food for your brain and heart wisely. I often unfollow Facebook-ers who are negative or post/share bad things. Instead, I follow people share photos of gorgeous landscape/colorful dish/love. It always cheers my day.
Gather you with positive people. Say hello to them, share your happiness and listen fun stories from them.
4. BE GRATEFUL
Don’t stress yourself. While taking bath or having coffee, think about what you can achieve that day, how happy your relationship is now and how lucky you are.
Draw your favorite quote and stick it in your laptop or table, wherever easy to be seen. It can rise your mood sometimes.
Keep a smile. Smile to people you meet, even strangers, then you’ll receive miracle. ;)
