I couldn't agree more on this @kalinart. Although I don't have a "job" from the societal view of it, coupled with the fact that I just finished my tertiary education recently however I look at most people working and I sense insecurity and a rush to always make ends meet which saps their energy and happiness.
Some individuals have ideas to start something for themselves, but they are usually afraid of the first leap out a tight job. I like the idea on your conclusion, because while managing little tasks for others, we will be training ourselves to manage something for ourselve later in life. I have taken some "minor" jobs in the past as office attendant and I really appreciate the little experience I had then.
Thanks for this piece, I am going to share it with someone afraid of quitting a current job that is paying very little compared to amount of time he puts in.
