The two examples you shared in the post explained it all. If you are to judge the two of them as at when you knew them, they seems to have nothing to offer, but now, they have something to offer.

It took how many years to discover this part of them? More than 10 years, I guess?

That's life, we tend to judge or conclude too soon, that's why we are unable to see the true value of those we believe to be valueless.

We are all born a problem solver, if their is no any specific problem that only you can solve, you won't be created at all.

Absolutely. We all have values to add. We all have something to offer. No man is useless, and the angle at which we view people matters. We should let each man mature in his own time, and with patience everything will see the light.

That's just it, if s/he is right for you, s/he is definitely right for another... Lol
