goes beyond seeking and asking for wisdom. You
must also enlarge your capacity to retain wisdom.
Impartation of wisdom is not automatic; it comes
with a responsibility on your part. Wisdom comes
with an instruction, it comes with an insight that you
need to work with and it comes with a command, a
reprove and a rebuke. Wisdom will settle on you when you have the
capacity to receive the instructions that come to you with humility of heart. When you work with the
insight you receive and willingly submit and accept
command, reprove and rebuke that come to you on a daily basis through the Holy Spirit, your spiritual
leaders, parents, superiors, colleagues and even
those that report to you, you will enlarge your
capacity for wisdom. If you do not enlarge your capacity for wisdom,
you can be seeking and praying for it but when it
comes, you will not recognize it. Proverbs 17:16 says, “It is senseless to pay tuition to educate a fool, since he has no heart for learning" (NLT). You should,
therefore, develop a heart that is willing to learn.
KJV reads, “Wherefore is a price in the hand of a fool to get wisdom, seeing he hath no heart to it." If you
seek and ask for wisdom, accept instructions,
rebuke and reprove, corrections and
commandments. Prayer:
Oh Lord, let my heart embrace instructions in Jesus'
name
