Fear can be a menace or a powerful teacher. It all depends on your mindset.
How we view and approach the mental fears in our lives determines what fear can do to our lives. In other words: if it's a menace, it can cripple you. But if it's a teacher, you'll grow immensely from it over time.
Today I want to share the tools to manipulate fear and use it to your advantage. One of the big things about fear is it's ability to change and make us feel a variety of emotions. So being armed with how to deal with them can boost your confidence, but also master your fears.
Mastery of our fears can help immensely as fears can't simply be removed entirely. We will always have some kind of fear in the back of our heads. But mastery is focusing on accepting that and actually using that to your advantage.
You have a lack of confidence working out because you're fat? You could turn your excuse into a reason to get in shape. If you're fat and you're not happy, that's all the more reason to work out so you can lose weight and get the body you desire.
