RE: Why I gave most of my money & stuff away and lived in a Shipping Container before it was fashionable. The Life & Times of Barry Dutton.

Wonderful post, Barry! I'm intrigued by tiny homes and living off the grid. My wife and I have been scaling down for a few years and I think we'll eventually end up totally off the grid. Thanks for sharing more about yourself!

I appreciate those comments. When this accident happened, I was literally ready to pack and move offgrid, with all I have learned. I just had not decided on whether or not to sell my property or not and just rent it out or sell it and hold the mortgage for someone.

I was headed to my ideal I have studied and lived for years planning for. Now, not anytime soon.

Nice to hear from you, I really wanted you to read this Eric, thanks man.

You're welcome. So many people have the same inclination these days...minimize, live off the grid, unplug. It's as though our souls are telling us something. I wish more people would be open enough to listen. This world has so much more potential. Do you have an ebook reader? If so, please drop me your email address and I'll send you a copy of my novel. It's TOTALLY about this kind of thing. Be well, man.

I nearly missed this comment and link with everything going on --- thanks Frank, I will try and get to this tomorrow nite, the day is pretty busy. I could not count the # of 40 hour weeks I have invested into research of all kinds, on just that kind of thing you posted on. TY sir!!!

I do not LOL.

I guess I use basic computer skills for everything, I am outed once again hahahaha!

I had to re-follow you... you must have been one of the many people dumped off my list of friends on here when the last fork/changes happened, so many people dumped off so many lists. I was wondering why I missed all your posts, I just thought it was time zoning like other people. LOL
