Nice post @walkingkey.. Change can only be constant to those who believe they can. if one wants to get rid of smoking, one must believe that he/she can stop it. And another thing, smokers has their smoking timezone and if they don't smoke at that particular time, its as if they are gonna die. So, if one wants to stop smoking for real, you must look for something good to replace your smoking timezone....lol, its funny, but making sense..
