Thank you for this wonderful post. I lost my mum in March and having nursed her through the last 2 weeks of her life, and held her hand as she left it. She was only 60. I've found myself in need of many of the things you have written about here. Some I've turned to intuitively - some I hadn't considered- but thanks to you I now have the chance to embrace and hopefully help my spirit recover. Thank you @ydraz for sending me the link! E x
