RE: Are You Too Old to Enjoy Your Wealth?

in #life7 years ago

There is a way to balance out saving for the future, and enjoying your time here & now. There's a great book (that I enjoyed) called "The Richest Man in Babylon". It has a bunch of useful money saving / spending techniques that you can incorporate into your everyday life. (Speaking of which, I need to re-read that book!).

Anyway, as the saying goes, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy". You need to take time for yourself every so often, or you're going to "be bored and become boring". There are too many stresses in life to simply chug along without getting some personal satisfaction once in a while.

Luckily, and unluckily, there is no single correct method for living life. What works for someone else might not work for you... but it can't hurt to try something new! :)
