The app is from a Dutch bank called Bunq. They only exist online. The App allows you to create accounts up to 10. I made one and called it Steemit.

I have been using the bank since they started. As far as banking goes they are the best in the Netherlands. But blockchain is far superior.
Who knows I can visit your country in the future with the help of steemit :). This service can be a great advantage.
